Kenzo Sales Consultant (4-month fixed-term contract) in London. Build client relationships and drive sales in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the store and create a comfortable retail environment that reinforces the Kenzo brand experience
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing personalized product recommendations aligned with individual style preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and introduce complementary items to enhance the client journey
- Process transactions with professionalism and confidence while cultivating lasting client relationships
- Capture and maintain client CRM data to enable personalized follow-up and support long-term client book development
- Maintain store standards in stock control and visual merchandising in accordance with Kenzo brand guidelines
- Uphold all behavioral expectations, including dress code and appearance standards as directed by store management
- Actively cultivate product knowledge by monitoring fashion trends, participating in store training, and researching product lines
- Support inventory control and stock management operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and the retail sector
- Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while prioritizing client needs
- Professional presentation and demeanor befitting a Kenzo brand ambassador
- Understanding of retail key performance indicators (KPIs)
