Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the store and create a welcoming environment conducive to shopping
- Greet and build rapport with customers to guide product selection whilst offering expert advice tailored to individual needs
- Introduce complementary products and articulate product knowledge to maximise transaction value
- Execute sales transactions with confidence and professionalism whilst nurturing client relationships
- Capture and maintain client CRM data to facilitate personalised follow-up and develop a growing client book
- Maintain exemplary store standards regarding inventory and visual merchandising in alignment with Kenzo brand guidelines
- Uphold all behavioural and presentation standards, including dress code and appearance requirements as directed by Store Management
- Proactively expand product knowledge through engagement with fashion trends, participation in in-store training, and independent research
- Support inventory control and stock management procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of demonstrated sales experience
- Genuine passion for fashion and retail sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst maintaining customer-centric focus
- Exceptional personal presentation standards befitting a Kenzo brand ambassador
- Working knowledge of key retail performance indicators (KPIs)

Experience
Minimum three years of experience in retail sales or a closely related customer-facing environment within the fashion or luxury goods sectors.
Education
No specific formal educational qualification is required; however, a strong foundational understanding of retail principles and fashion aesthetics is essential.
