KENZO Sales Consultant (3-month fixed-term contract) in Bicester, UK. Join as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer experiences in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients to the store and create a welcoming environment that encourages comfort and engagement
- Greet clients and build relationships to assist in product selection whilst offering relevant fashion advice and maintaining rapport
- Introduce complementary products targeted to each client and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge
- Process sales transactions with professionalism and confidence whilst sustaining client relationships
- Gather and collate client CRM details to maintain relationships, build the client book, and ensure personalized follow-up
- Maintain store standards, control stock inventory, and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines to promote the KENZO image
- Exceed all behavioural requirements, adhere to dress code and appearance guidelines as directed by the Store Manager
- Actively develop product knowledge by tracking fashion trends, participating in in-store training, and staying current with product lines
- Support the control and management of inventory and stock
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of sales experience
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and sales
- Proven commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst prioritizing client needs and experience
- Excellent personal presentation and alignment with KENZO brand values
- Understanding of retail key performance indicators (KPIs)
