Kenzo Sales Consultant, part-time (4 days) in Bicester, UK. Build client relationships and drive sales in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the store and establish a comfortable shopping environment that reflects the Kenzo brand identity
- Greet clients, build rapport, and provide personalized product consultations aligned with individual style preferences and needs
- Introduce complementary products through targeted recommendations while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
- Process transactions confidently and professionally whilst maintaining ongoing client relationships
- Capture and maintain client CRM data to build a personal client book and facilitate meaningful follow-up communication
- Uphold store standards for stock control and visual merchandising in accordance with Kenzo's brand guidelines
- Comply with all store dress code and appearance requirements as communicated by the Store Manager
- Actively develop product knowledge through participation in in-store training, trend monitoring, and research into current product lines
- Support inventory management and stock control processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and the retail sector
- Strong commitment to target achievement whilst prioritizing client needs and experience
- Excellent personal presentation and embodiment of the Kenzo brand aesthetic
- Familiarity with retail key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
