Kenzo Sales Consultant in Bicester, UK — permanent full-time role representing the Kenzo brand, building client relationships and driving retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all clients in-store, creating a warm, professional and inclusive customer experience.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling advice and proactive clienteling.
- Drive sales by recommending complementary products and executing disciplined upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Process transactions accurately and confidently using the store POS while preserving client rapport.
- Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to grow the client book and ensure personalised follow-up.
- Uphold store standards for stock management and visual merchandising in line with Kenzo guidelines.
- Adhere to brand behavioural and appearance standards, acting as a consistent Kenzo ambassador.
- Participate in product and trend training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market awareness.
- Support inventory control activities, including stock counts, replenishment and loss-prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium fashion
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong clienteling aptitude with demonstrable experience managing CRM and building a client book
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent the Kenzo brand with authenticity
- High level of commercial awareness and solid understanding of retail KPIs

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury or premium fashion, with a proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or qualifications in retail, sales or fashion are advantageous.
