Kenzo — Sales Consultant (Part‑time) in Bicester. Permanent role delivering luxury client service and driving sales for Kenzo's retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional, personalised customer journey and act as an ambassador for the KENZO brand.
  • Welcome and engage clients, build rapport, and advise on product selection to maximise conversion and basket value.
  • Proactively introduce complementary products and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to drive upsell opportunities.
  • Process sales transactions professionally while maintaining long‑term client relationships.
  • Capture and update client data in the CRM to nurture the client book and execute personalised follow‑up.
  • Maintain store standards including stock control and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Exemplify the brand’s appearance and behavioural standards, complying with the dress code and store policies.
  • Participate in in‑store training and self‑directed learning to keep product knowledge and fashion trend awareness current.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Strong commercial orientation with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent KENZO’s brand image professionally.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with demonstrated clienteling and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs and basic stock‑control processes.
