Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a comfortable, engaging in-store experience that reflects Kenzo’s brand identity.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised advice, product recommendations and attentive clienteling.
- Drive sales and conversion by identifying client needs, proposing complementary items and closing transactions professionally.
- Capture and update client CRM data to grow the client book and execute personal follow-ups.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in line with Kenzo guidelines.
- Support stock control activities, including receiving, replenishing and accurate inventory management.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and keep abreast of fashion trends through training and self-directed research.
- Adhere to store behavioural, appearance and dress-code expectations as mandated by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury or premium retail sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Strong clienteling skills with experience capturing and using CRM data.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to act as a polished brand ambassador.
- Passion for fashion and an eagerness to develop deep product knowledge.
