Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing units sold per transaction and dollar value
- Apply comprehensive product knowledge to enhance the selling experience and drive transaction value
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database to facilitate personalized future interactions
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to increase retention and repeat business
- Promote store events and brand offerings through email, telephone, and personalized correspondence
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and general housekeeping to preserve the boutique's sophisticated ambiance
- Support inventory management operations including shipping, receiving, damage assessment, and cycle counts
- Maintain an organized, clean, and secure stockroom environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant selling or retail experience
- Demonstrated passion for luxury goods and design aesthetics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
