Kenzo Sales Associate role in Singapore – deliver luxury retail expertise, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets on a permanent, full-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while achieving all KPIs and CRM requirements
- Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies with strong product knowledge and style matching capabilities across all ready-to-wear categories
- Drive client base expansion through prospecting, client recruitment, and conversion of new customers
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized engagement, understanding client preferences, and providing expert styling advice
- Manage client books to identify retention opportunities and detect new potential clientele
- Maintain regular client contact to arrange consultations, communicate collection updates, and notify clients of product arrivals
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale transactions and maintain stockroom compliance
- Support merchandise inventory operations including physical stock tracking, replenishment communication, and stock handling
- Assist with visual merchandising execution under the direction of the Visual Merchandising department
- Participate actively in inventory counts, cycle counts, and goods reception procedures
- Maintain store functional operations and uphold security and loss prevention protocols
- Foster open, positive communication with team members and provide collaborative support in store projects
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail sales experience preferred
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and/or luxury fashion retailing preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury market principles and practices
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team collaboration and cooperation abilities
- Proven customer service and consultative selling expertise
- Demonstrated capability in styling and mix-and-match product combinations
- Naturally refined fashion sense and aesthetic sensibility

Experience
Minimum one year of retail sales experience is preferred; prior exposure to luxury fashion or ready-to-wear retail is advantageous but not required for entry-level candidates.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; no tertiary qualification explicitly required.
