Kenzo Sales Associate in Singapore – luxury fashion retail role. Deliver exceptional customer service, build client relationships, and exceed sales targets in a vibrant on-site environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while achieving all KPIs and CRM requirements
- Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies with strong matchmaking skills across all product categories
- Drive local client network growth by recruiting and converting prospect clients
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized attention, understanding of their preferences, and expert product advice
- Maintain client books to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients
- Keep in contact with clients to arrange appointments, share collection information, and announce product arrivals to enhance loyalty
- Maintain open, positive, and constructive communication with team members
- Track physical inventory and inform Store Manager about product replenishment needs
- Assist with refilling, unpacking, packing, and sorting of stock
- Maintain visual merchandising standards under the direction of the VM department
- Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy in POS system usage
- Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and goods reception procedures
- Ensure store functional maintenance and adherence to stockroom guidelines
- Prevent, minimize, and reduce the risk of stock loss or theft occurrence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred)
- Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and/or luxury fashion experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury market standards and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and selling abilities
- Expertise in mix-and-match styling for Ready-to-Wear items
- Keen fashion sense and aesthetic awareness
- Team player mentality with collaborative approach to daily operations

Experience
Beginner level experience acceptable; minimum 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred. Ready-to-Wear and/or luxury fashion background is advantageous.
