Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets while meeting all KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Execute cross-selling, up-selling and tailored product recommendations across categories to maximise average transaction value.
- Deliver exceptional client service: recruit and convert prospects, grow local client networks, maintain client books and proactively arrange appointments and follow-ups.
- Operate the POS accurately and efficiently; participate in inventory counts, cycle counts and goods receptions.
- Manage merchandise handling: assist with unpacking, refilling, packing, sorting and replenish stockroom per guidelines.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards under the direction of the VM department and support in-store displays.
- Support and lead store projects and back-office procedures, ensuring store functionality and maintenance.
- Foster open, positive communication within the team and contribute to a collaborative retail environment.
- Remain vigilant on store security and loss-prevention measures to minimise risk of stock loss or theft.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail sales experience is advantageous.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) or luxury fashion is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of luxury market practices and client expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Team-oriented, motivated and target-driven with proven selling skills.
- Strong sense of fashion, styling ability and aptitude for mix-and-match RTW.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail role; minimum one year of retail sales experience preferred. Prior exposure to Ready-to-Wear or luxury fashion retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or short courses in fashion, retail or sales is a plus.
