Kenzo Singapore seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client service, drive sales and support in-store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs, including CRM objectives.
- Develop and expand a local client network through prospecting, appointments and ongoing clienteling.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service; advise clients on styling and product selection across categories.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities; apply strong mix-and-match and product knowledge to maximise basket value.
- Maintain and update client books; communicate product arrivals and collection information to grow loyalty.
- Operate POS accurately, participate in inventory counts, goods receptions and cycle counts.
- Support merchandising and visual display under VM direction, including refilling, unpacking and stockroom organisation.
- Uphold store security and loss-prevention procedures at all times and respect stockroom guidelines.
- Foster open, positive communication within the retail team and support store projects and back-office procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong potential considered.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) or luxury fashion is an advantage.
- Clear understanding of luxury market practices and client expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative team orientation.
- Motivated, target-driven mindset with proven customer service and selling abilities.
- Keen fashion sensibility with the ability to mix-and-match garments and accessories.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail position; minimum one year of retail sales experience is preferred. Prior exposure to luxury or RTW environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or sales is advantageous.
