Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, deliver on CRM objectives and meet all assigned KPIs.
- Proactively develop the local client network: recruit prospects, convert leads and nurture lasting client relationships through appointment-making and follow-up.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling across product categories and apply strong mix-and-match styling to increase basket value.
- Maintain and update client book information to support retention strategies and loyalty growth.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately; participate in inventory processes including cycle counts, goods reception and stockroom management.
- Support visual merchandising standards under VM direction and assist with in-store displays and product presentation.
- Contribute to store projects and back-office procedures, ensure functional store maintenance and adherence to stockroom guidelines.
- Remain vigilant on store security and loss-prevention practices to minimise shrinkage.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail sales experience preferred; luxury fashion or Ready-to-Wear experience is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of luxury market practices and customer expectations.
- Proven customer service and sales skills with demonstrable ability to build rapport and close transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
- Commercially driven, motivated and results-oriented with good attention to detail.
- Good fashion sense and ability to mix-and-match garments to advise clients.

Experience
Entry-level position. At least one year of retail sales experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury or ready-to-wear retail is advantageous.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or diploma in retail, sales or fashion is desirable.
