Internship opportunity at KENZO's Paris flagship boutique for an ambitious sales professional to serve as brand ambassador, delivering elevated client experiences while driving sales performance. The role combines personalized customer service, product knowledge development, and active participation in store operations across a two-month placement beginning December 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide personalized advisory services to both local and international clientele, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable shopping environment
- Showcase the KENZO universe and highlight the maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and product offerings to drive brand affinity
- Execute sales transactions with confidence and professionalism while maintaining ongoing client relationships
- Contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives
- Actively participate in store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock transfers
- Master and adhere to internal processes and retail standards, respecting the store's dress code and management directives
- Continuously develop product knowledge and remain informed of current fashion trends and seasonal collections
- Build and nurture client loyalty through relationship development and personalized follow-up
Qualifications
- Strong affinity for the KENZO brand and established fashion sensibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural inclination toward client service
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Exceptional professional demeanor and positive attitude in all situations
- Fluent English language proficiency; a third language is advantageous
- First experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
