Kenzo is hiring a Sales Associate (contract) for its Malaga Outlet — deliver exceptional client service and drive sales in Malaga, Spain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated customer journey while embodying Kenzo’s DNA and storytelling.
- Welcome clients, build rapport and advise on product selection to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Execute the full selling ceremony from greeting to after‑sales service, including targeted cross‑selling of complementary items.
- Gather and update client CRM data, cultivate the client book and perform personalised follow‑ups (invitations, thank‑you communications).
- Achieve individual and store KPIs and contribute to point‑of‑sale action plans through proactive selling.
- Maintain store standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping and adherence to dress code and behavioural expectations.
- Drive product knowledge and market awareness through continuous learning of collections, trends and competitor activity.
- Support stock control, inventory processes and day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure business continuity.
- Develop relationships with personal shoppers, stylists and concierge services to expand referral channels.
- Demonstrate team spirit by coaching new joiners and supporting colleagues to improve collective performance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Arabic is a plus.
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work to KPIs in a boutique or outlet environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished grooming, etiquette and adaptable communication for diverse client profiles.
- Strong commercial awareness and basic numeracy for POS transactions and daily reporting.

Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing a loyal client base.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
