Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing units sold per transaction and transaction value
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into consultative sales interactions to enhance customer experience and sales performance
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database to support client relationship management and loyalty initiatives
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to increase retention rates and lifetime value
- Promote store events through email, phone communications, and personalized outreach to drive customer engagement
- Maintain store visual merchandising and overall aesthetic standards through regular housekeeping and display maintenance
- Support inventory control operations including receiving, shipping, damage assessment, and cycle counts as requested
- Maintain an organized, clean, and secure stockroom environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Prior sales or retail experience strongly preferred
- Genuine passion for luxury fashion and appreciation for design aesthetics
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented mindset with customer-centric approach
- Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and utilize various software platforms
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience acceptable; prior selling background or retail experience preferred. Candidates with foundational understanding of luxury retail environments are well-positioned for success.
Education
