Kenzo seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV to deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets at the North Premium Outlet boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client service to develop lasting relationships and maximise client retention.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective use of product knowledge.
- Execute the selling ceremony to increase units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM/database and promote store events via email, phone and personalised notes.
- Support inventory controls including receiving, shipping, cycle counts and managing damaged stock.
- Maintain an organised, secure and efficient stockroom and assist with visual maintenance and general housekeeping of the boutique.
- Adhere to all company policies and contribute to a polished store image.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding personal sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal presence.
- Service-oriented mindset with a demonstrated focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum of three years' experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury fashion or a premium retail environment, with demonstrable achievements against sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail, or customer service is preferred.
