Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and personalized client engagement.
- Deliver a consistent selling ceremony using product knowledge to maximise units and transaction value.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data for the CRM database and support clienteling initiatives to increase retention.
- Promote store events and private client activities via email, telephone outreach, and personalised communications.
- Maintain visual standards and housekeeping to preserve the boutique’s luxury image.
- Support inventory operations including receiving, shipping, damage reporting, cycle counts and organised stockroom management.
- Adhere to all company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium outlets.
- Demonstrated passion for luxury product and strong appreciation for design and brand aesthetics.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with polished interpersonal presence.
- Capacity to learn and proficiently use retail software and point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
