Role & Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while achieving all KPIs and CRM requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer care through relationship-building, understanding client preferences, and providing expert product consultation
• Develop strong cross-selling and up-selling capabilities with refined 'matchmaking' skills across all product categories
• Maintain and grow client networks by recruiting prospect clients, converting leads, and sustaining loyalty through regular contact and appointment scheduling
• Manage client books to retain existing clients and identify new business opportunities
• Support merchandise inventory operations by tracking stock levels, coordinating replenishment, and assisting with receiving and stocking processes
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with the Visual Merchandising department guidelines
• Execute POS transactions with accuracy and participate in inventory counts and goods receptions
• Uphold store security protocols and loss prevention procedures
• Communicate openly and constructively with team members to ensure cohesive store operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred)
• Ready-to-Wear or luxury fashion background (preferred)
• Demonstrated understanding of luxury market practices and consumer expectations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Fashion sensibility and expertise in styling and product coordination
• Team player mentality with collaborative approach

Experience

Beginner-level experience acceptable; minimum 1 year of retail sales experience is advantageous. Ready-to-Wear or luxury fashion sector exposure is preferred.
