Kenzo seeks a Sales Associate in Kuala Lumpur to deliver luxury clienteling, meet sales targets and support store operations in a flagship retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised clienteling to build lasting relationships and drive loyalty.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and achieve defined KPIs and CRM objectives.
- Identify and convert prospective clients, expand the local client network and maintain an up-to-date client book.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling through strong product knowledge and mix-and-match styling recommendations.
- Operate the POS accurately and participate in inventory activities including cycle counts, goods reception and stock replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards under VM direction and assist with window and floor merchandising as required.
- Assist with back-office tasks and store projects, ensuring adherence to stockroom procedures and store functional maintenance.
- Maintain vigilance on store security and implement loss-prevention measures to minimise stock loss or theft.
- Foster open, positive communication within the retail team and contribute constructively to daily store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, visual merchandising or fashion is advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred; prior ready-to-wear or luxury fashion experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of luxury market practices and client expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused demeanour.
- Motivated, target-driven and a collaborative team player with a flair for fashion and styling.

Education
