Kenzo in Johor Bahru seeks a Sales Associate to drive boutique sales, deliver luxury client service, and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs and CRM objectives through proactive selling and strong product knowledge.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care by recruiting, converting and nurturing local clients; maintain and grow client book and loyalty.
  • Execute cross-selling and up-selling with refined ‘matchmaking’ of Ready-to-Wear and accessory assortments.
  • Operate the POS accurately and participate in all inventory activities, cycle counts and goods reception processes.
  • Support stockroom operations: replenishment, unpacking, packing and adherence to stockroom guidelines.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards under direction of the VM department and assist with in-store merchandising.
  • Protect store assets by remaining vigilant on security and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Foster open, constructive communication within the retail team and contribute to store projects and back-office procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: some retail sales exposure; 1 year of retail experience is an advantage.
  • Previous Ready-to-Wear and/or luxury fashion retail experience is preferred.
  • Clear understanding of luxury market conventions and client service expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Collaborative team player who is motivated and target-driven.
  • Keen fashion sensibility with good mix-and-match styling ability.

Experience

Entry-level candidates welcome; minimum retail exposure recommended. At least one year of sales or boutique experience is considered an advantage, with previous luxury or RTW background preferred.

Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training or diploma in fashion, retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
