Kenzo is seeking a Sales Associate in Dubai to achieve sales targets, deliver a complete client experience and build long-term client relationships. The role also supports store performance, team development, brand standards and process improvements. Permanent, full-time, on-site position.

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, and contribute to point-of-sale action plans.
• Provide managers with high-quality feedback.
• Monitor the business environment, including local competition, and contribute to collecting rankings and turnover data while identifying best practices and best sellers.
• Deliver the full selling ceremony, from welcoming clients through after-sales service.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product information, including collections, seasons and composition, and communicate the brand story.
• Build client loyalty and engagement through long-term relationships, including collection-date tracking, thank-you cards and invitations.
• Develop and optimize relationships with personal shoppers, personal stylists and concierges.
• Demonstrate team spirit and help colleagues, particularly new joiners, improve their skills.
• Work autonomously and remain committed to ensuring business continuity.
• Represent Kenzo Paris as a brand ambassador by understanding the House’s heritage and current positioning.
• Maintain point-of-sale standards in support of the brand image, including visual merchandising, cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop fashion knowledge and awareness of products, trends and competitors.
• Comply with uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
• Adapt communication to each client profile.
• Maintain professional conduct and a positive mindset in all circumstances, including through appropriate politeness, body language and vocabulary.
• Master and follow all processes in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
