Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and goals
- Leverage deep product knowledge during client consultations to maximize transaction value and units per sale
- Capture and maintain customer information in the database to support clienteling initiatives
- Cultivate and sustain lasting client relationships to drive retention and lifetime value
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized correspondence
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to general store housekeeping
- Support inventory controls including receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and damage assessment
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory with efficiency, security, and cleanliness
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or retail experience
- Prior selling background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated passion for luxury products and design appreciation
- Service-oriented mindset with client-focused approach
- Proficiency with retail software and point-of-sale systems
