Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and goals
- Apply deep product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain customer information in the database for enhanced clienteling
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to increase retention and lifetime value
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized correspondence
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and general store housekeeping
- Support inventory controls including shipping, receiving, damage assessment, and cycle counts
- Maintain stockroom inventory in an organized, clean, and secure manner
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of prior selling experience
- Passion for luxury fashion and appreciation for design aesthetics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Tech savvy with ability to learn and utilize retail software systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires

Experience
Minimum 3 years of direct selling or retail experience, preferably in a luxury goods or fashion environment. Prior experience in boutique or high-end retail settings is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in fashion merchandising, business, or related field is a plus.
