Kenzo is seeking a Sales Associate for its Desert Hills Outlet team to deliver personalized client experiences and meet or exceed sales targets. The role includes selling, client relationship development, store presentation, and inventory support. This is a permanent, full-time position, with compensation of $19–$21 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Use product knowledge during the selling ceremony to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
- Capture relevant customer information for entry into the database.
- Build lasting client relationships to increase retention.
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintain the store’s visual image.
- Support inventory controls as requested, including shipping, receiving, damages, and cycle counts.
- Maintain stockroom inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
- Prior selling experience preferred.
- Desire to work in a sales-focused retail setting.
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
- Strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
