Role & Responsibilities

• Divide time evenly between client engagement on the sales floor and stockroom operations
• Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
• Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not currently displayed
• Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to storage issues
• Maintain packaging levels and advise management of replenishment needs
• Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and labeled
• Execute timely preparation and completion of inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain active participation in the inventory reconciliation process
• Process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming/outgoing shipments per company procedures
• Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, damages, and returns
• Partner with management on replenishment strategies for sold-out styles
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of store presentation
• Support visual merchandising and operations through movement and storage of fixtures and merchandise
• Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, cleaning, and repairs as required
• Participate in visual merchandising updates and maintenance due to sell-through
• Assist other departments including the selling floor as requested by store management
• Meet and achieve sales goals as determined by management
• Exemplify brand core values when assisting customers
• Ensure highest standards while packaging client merchandise
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail or stockroom role
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent numeracy and IT skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 19 per hour.
