KENZO Sales Assistant in Suzhou (Wuzhong District) — full-time boutique role delivering client service and driving sales at the Kenzo store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exemplary, personalised customer service to enhance client experience and uphold KENZO’s image.
- Drive store sales targets through proactive selling, effective client engagement and follow-up on leads.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling practices and accurate customer records.
- Support in-store product presentation and visual merchandising to optimise product appeal and conversion.
- Ensure consistent pre‑ and post‑sales service in line with company standards and customer service procedures.
