Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering tailored, professional client service that enhances the customer experience and reinforces brand positioning.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, product knowledge and effective use of selling techniques.
- Support in‑store merchandising and product presentation to maintain visual standards and highlight seasonal assortments.
- Leverage client contact information to develop relationships, perform follow‑up, and promote brand initiatives and product launches.
- Ensure consistent pre‑ and post‑sales service that complies with company policies and delivers a premium customer journey.

Experience
