KENZO Shanghai (Pudong) seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exemplary, personalized customer service that reinforces brand values and image.
- Proactively drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store targets using proven selling techniques.
- Support in-store merchandising and product presentation to ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s visual standards.
- Maintain and leverage customer contact information to develop long-term client relationships and promote products and services.
- Ensure consistent pre-sale and after-sale service levels in accordance with company policies and customer care standards.

Experience
