Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering polished and consistent representation of Kenzo at all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive store sales by proactively identifying customer needs, converting opportunities and meeting individual targets.
  • Deliver exceptional pre- and after-sales service to build long-term client relationships and maximise client retention.
  • Manage in-store product presentation and participate in visual merchandising activities to support commercial strategies.
  • Maintain and leverage clienteling information and CRM records to promote products and personalized service.
  • Ensure service standards and store procedures are followed, including transaction accuracy and aftercare commitments.

Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for retail and the luxury fashion sector.
  • Highly responsible, proactive attitude with a strong sales orientation.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
