Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome local and international clients and provide personalized advice, helping them feel at ease in the store environment.
• Introduce clients to the KENZO Paris universe and showcase the Maison’s products and craftsmanship.
• Conduct sales confidently and professionally while maintaining relationships with clients.
• Contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Support the team in the smooth operation of the store, including visual merchandising, transfers and stock management.
• Master and follow internal processes, meet all in-store conduct requirements, comply with the dress code and follow the Store Manager’s guidelines.
• Build product knowledge by keeping up with fashion trends.
• Develop and retain clients by building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for Kenzo and a developed fashion culture.
• Enjoys teamwork, has a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and adaptability, with a taste for challenge.
• Maintains excellent professional conduct and a positive attitude in all circumstances, including in politeness, body language and vocabulary.
• Interest in retail; initial sales experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English is essential; a third language is an advantage.
• The position is open to people with disabilities holding RQTH recognition.
