Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators whilst contributing to retail location action plans
- Collect and communicate qualitative market feedback to management, including competitive intelligence on local competitors
- Master the complete sales ceremony from client greeting through after-sales service
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge including collections, materials, seasonal offerings, and brand storytelling
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through data collection, personalized communications, and exclusive invitations
- Cultivate relationships with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services within the local market
- Demonstrate team spirit and mentor new team members in skills development
- Embody Kenzo's heritage and positioning as a brand ambassador
- Ensure retail location standards align with brand image through visual merchandising, cleanliness, and maintenance oversight
- Maintain impeccable grooming and uniform standards at all times
- Adapt communication style to diverse client profiles in both French and English

Qualifications
- Minimum one year of sales or retail experience
- Excellent fashion industry knowledge and cultural awareness
