Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while contributing to retail location action plans and providing qualitative feedback to management
  • Master the complete sales ceremony from customer greeting through after-sales service, demonstrating perfect product storytelling and collection knowledge
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you cards, invitations, and personalized service whilst building relationships with personal shoppers and concierge services
