Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and store KPIs while contributing to local action plans and commercial initiatives.
- Execute the full sales ceremony from welcome to after-sales service, delivering exemplary client experiences and product storytelling (collection, seasonality, materials).
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling: data capture, personalised follow-ups, invitations and thank-you communications.
- Monitor the local competitive landscape, share market feedback with management and propose best practices to improve performance.
- Collaborate with personal shoppers, stylists and concierge services to generate high-value opportunities and referral business.
- Uphold boutique standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness and maintenance to reflect the Maison’s image.
- Support colleagues’ development, onboard new team members and contribute constructively to team performance and continuity of service.
- Comply with the Store Handbook and local regulatory procedures and suggest operational improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience; entry-level candidates with strong fashion cultural knowledge will be considered.
- Fluent English; ability to communicate professionally in the local language (French) with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a service-oriented demeanour.
- Strong commercial drive with a demonstrable focus on targets and KPIs.
- Capacity to work autonomously while contributing to team success and training of peers.
