Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome local and international customers and provide personalized advice, helping them feel comfortable in the store environment.
• Introduce customers to the KENZO Paris universe and showcase the Maison’s products and savoir-faire.
• Conduct sales confidently and professionally while maintaining customer relationships.
• Contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Support the team in the smooth running of the point of sale, including visual merchandising, transfers and stock management.
• Master and comply with internal processes, meet all in-store conduct requirements, follow the dress code and adhere to the store director’s instructions.
• Build product knowledge actively and keep up to date with fashion trends.
• Develop and retain customers by building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for Kenzo and a developed fashion culture.
• Enjoys working as part of a team, with a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and adaptability, with an appetite for challenge.
• Excellent professional conduct and a positive attitude in all circumstances, including politeness, body language and vocabulary.
• Interest in retail; initial sales experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English is essential; a third language is appreciated.
