Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome local and international clients and provide personalized advice, ensuring they feel comfortable in the store environment.
• Introduce clients to the KENZO Paris universe and showcase the Maison’s products and craftsmanship.
• Handle sales confidently and professionally while maintaining relationships with clients.
• Contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Support the team in the smooth operation of the store, including visual merchandising, transfers and stock management.
• Master and follow internal processes, meet all in-store conduct requirements, comply with the dress code and follow the Store Manager’s directions.
• Build product knowledge actively and stay informed about fashion trends.
• Develop and retain clientele by building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong affinity for KENZO and a developed fashion culture.
• Enjoys working as part of a team, demonstrates a strong service orientation and has excellent interpersonal skills.
• Shows initiative and adaptability and enjoys a challenge.
• Demonstrates excellent professional conduct and a positive attitude in all circumstances, including in politeness, body language and vocabulary.
• Interest in retail; initial sales experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English is essential; a third language is appreciated.
• The role is open to people with disabilities (RQTH).
