KENZO Sales Advisor internship in Marne-la-Vallée, France. Two-month placement from December 2026 with full-time schedule on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise both local and international clientele with personalized consultations, ensuring a welcoming retail environment
- Articulate the KENZO Paris universe and showcase the maison's products and craftsmanship heritage
- Execute sales transactions with confidence and professionalism whilst maintaining meaningful client relationships
- Contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales objectives
- Collaborate with the store team on visual merchandising, stock transfers, inventory management, and overall point-of-sale operations
- Master and adhere to internal processes, store protocols, dress code requirements, and directives from store management
- Proactively develop product knowledge and remain current with fashion market trends
- Build and nurture a loyal customer base through sustained relationship development
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for the KENZO brand and well-developed fashion knowledge
- First retail or sales experience preferred
- Fluent English required; a third language would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and service orientation skills
- Excellent presentation, professional demeanor, and positive attitude in all circumstances
