Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients to the store and ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment
- Greet clients and build rapport whilst assisting with product selection and offering expert styling advice
- Introduce complementary products and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge
- Process sales confidently and professionally whilst nurturing client relationships
- Gather and maintain client CRM details to develop a personal client book and ensure consistent follow-up
- Maintain store standards regarding stock control and visual merchandise guidelines to uphold the KENZO brand image
