Kenzo Retail Supply Planning Apprenticeship in Paris, France - Support European inventory management and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Liaise daily with European store managers on inventory and operational matters
- Collaborate with the buying team to monitor product offerings and boutique assortments across the European network
- Conduct weekly analysis of store and digital sales performance and stock coverage levels
- Calculate and update parameters for the automated replenishment system
- Assess advance requirements ahead of commercial campaigns and seasonal operations
- Maintain and update weekly sales and delivery reporting tools
- Trigger product releases in accordance with campaign schedules and product drops
- Process and manage boutique orders via internal systems (Y2 and JDE)
- Evaluate and execute inter-store transfer requirements as needed
- Provide administrative support to the outlet manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering, business school, or equivalent university qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal capabilities
- Fluent in French and English (spoken)
