Kenzo Apprenticeship: Retail Supply Assistant (Paris). Support European inventory management and store operations for luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily communications with European store managers regarding inventory and operational matters
- Collaborate directly with the procurement team to monitor product offerings and boutique placements across the European network
- Conduct weekly analysis of sales performance and stock coverage for stores and digital channels
- Calculate and update parameters for automated replenishment tools based on sales trends and inventory requirements
- Forecast inventory needs ahead of commercial operations and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update weekly sales and delivery reporting systems
- Execute daily product launches aligned with release schedules and marketing campaigns
- Process store orders through internal systems (Y2 and JDE software)
- Analyze transfer requirements and coordinate stock movements between boutiques
- Provide operational support to the outlet manager
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
Skills
Experience
First significant experience in supply chain, retail operations, or related domain preferred; entry-level candidates with strong organizational and analytical abilities are encouraged to apply.
Education
Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university qualification.
