Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the worldwide Store Handbook in coordination with global operations teams; ensure procedures are current and accessible.
- Ensure operational compliance with internal retail procedures and governance across the European estate.
- Lead modernization and continuous improvement of internal retail tools, processes and operational documentation.
- Oversee stock management practices and monitor inventory KPIs, including linkage to incentive attribution.
- Coordinate ordering and budget tracking for packaging, uniforms and gifts across EMEA; manage related supplier and showroom interactions.
- Define and manage packaging, uniform and grooming guidelines; ensure global consistency and adherence.
- Operate and administrate the Simplifield application for field operations and inspections.
- Preserve retail systems know-how on CEGID: organise trainings, maintain the team booklet and liaise with IT to ensure updates.
- Provide consistent communication and operational support to in-market teams; identify and implement operational improvements.
- Manage indirect procurement policy for the retail network and follow-up on packaging/uniform budgets and orders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar retail operations role within an international environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Highly organized, structured and results-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proven ability to train and support field teams; excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficient in Excel for analysis and reporting.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years in retail operations, store systems administration or a comparable role supporting multi-country retail teams in an international luxury retail context.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in business, retail management, supply chain or a related discipline.
