Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for headquarters and European retail: gather hiring requirements with business stakeholders, draft and publish job adverts, source candidates (including direct approach on LinkedIn), pre-qualify applications and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding: oversee arrival logistics, manage required administrative documentation and deliver welcome/induction for new hires.
- Lead training and skills development activities: collect training needs at HQ and across Retail Europe, provide feedback to managers and teams, and pilot the annual skills development plan.
- Organise training operations: schedule sessions, manage logistics, prepare administrative files, and follow up on invoicing and budget reconciliation.
- Source and manage external training providers; administer the apprenticeship budget and monitor relevant state subsidies and grants.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification with a specialisation in Human Resources.
- Prior experience through internships or alternance in human resources, with practical exposure to recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated rigour, strong organisational skills and autonomy in managing multiple priorities.
- Discreet and professional handling of confidential information, with sound analytical ability and structured communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse internal stakeholders; full professional proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Position open to candidates with recognised disabilities (RQTH).
