As part of Kenzo’s Ready-to-Wear Merchandising team, the Collection Merchandising Assistant supports the development of the men’s and women’s categories. The role covers collection tracking, merchandising briefs, commercial tools, showroom operations, performance analysis, sample photo shoots and competitor monitoring; it is a full-time internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing merchandising briefs and track the collection with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Code Preco and Show collections.
  • Help implement commercial tools and monitor showroom operations, including Le New Black, briefings and commercial notes.
  • Contribute to internal and external presentation materials.
  • Analyze sell-out and sell-in performance and track results.
  • Track sample photo shoots.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring across pricing, products and the broader market environment.

Qualifications

  • Bac+4/5 qualification from a business or fashion school, or equivalent.
  • Initial experience involving analysis and/or experience in a fashion house.
  • Product sensitivity and a strong interest in fashion.
  • Organized and rigorous approach.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent French and English.
