Quality Materials Assistant internship at Kenzo Paris. Support quality compliance and product information management in luxury fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal and external quality materials communications with suppliers, particularly within trading activities
  • Update information between the PLM system and tracking spreadsheets, establishing necessary performance indicators
  • Collect required information from local teams and develop continuous improvement initiatives while overseeing associated quality testing activities (GB 18401, REACH, etc.)
  • Monitor product data within the PLM to ensure production of composition labels in coordination with Industrialization and Scheduling teams
  • Manage quality requests from different geographical zones and drive continuous improvement
  • Centralize and structure quality alerts

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest in fashion and the textile industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with commitment to delivering results
  • Proficiency with computer tools, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams
