Kenzo seeks a Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice in Paris for a full-time internship program starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Gather all product information from collection product developers
  • Analyze SMS (Specification/Measurement Sheets) with product developers
  • Participate in pre-production fittings and contribute to technical model improvements while maintaining style integrity
  • Develop and control technical files and quality specifications for transmission to production suppliers
  • Manage adjustments with external service providers and design offices
  • Verify compliance and quality according to Kenzo standards by reviewing production samples for manufacturing sign-off
  • Organize and manage production fitting sessions for sample heads
  • Finalize and develop measurement sizing charts
  • Monitor quality indicators through analysis, correction, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure proper execution of final quality control at the warehouse and implement corrective actions for non-conformities
  • Create and update quality tracking dashboards and documentation
  • Deliver weekly quality reporting to the team

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of garment design techniques, pattern-making, and production supply chain
  • Understanding of subcontracting and outsourced manufacturing processes
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working with enterprise software systems such as ERP and PLM
  • Knowledge of Lectra software preferred
  • Fluent English: spoken, written, and read
  • Organized, methodical, and proactive approach to work

Experience

Education

Currently enrolled in or completed formal studies in fashion design, technical design, industrial engineering, textile technology, or a related discipline. Relevant vocational certification in apparel manufacturing or quality assurance is advantageous.
