Kenzo Quality & CSR Apprentice, Paris. Develop sustainability projects and eco-design initiatives within a leading luxury fashion house's CSR team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor eco-design of collections and ensure compliance with sustainability standards
- Collect, track, and consolidate traceability data across the supply chain
- Identify articles meeting GOTS and RWS standards and process their declarations on dedicated platforms
- Develop and deliver internal training materials on sustainability standards and communicate findings to business teams
- Pilot and coordinate annual CSR reporting and performance metrics
- Serve as the reference point for sustainability matters across functional departments and manufacturing partners
Qualifications
- BAC+4 or BAC+5 level of education in textile engineering or CSR/Sustainable Development
- Currently enrolled as an apprentice and passionate about fashion and creative industries
- Strong proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English, both written and oral
- Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering results

Experience
Beginner level; candidates should be current students in an apprenticeship program with foundational knowledge of textiles or sustainability practices.
Education
Bachelor's level or equivalent (BAC+4 or BAC+5) in textile engineering, environmental science, or Corporate Social Responsibility/Sustainable Development; currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program.
