Join Kenzo in Paris as a Production Scheduling Assistant. This full-time apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in production management within the luxury fashion industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage production scheduling and monitor deadlines.
- Control invoices and oversee remote stock management.
- Track production progress for assigned manufacturers.
- Coordinate order dispatch and material arrivals to production workshops.
- Ensure adherence to delivery dates and negotiate changes if necessary.
- Oversee receipt of goods in the logistics warehouse.
- Verify invoice accuracy and authorize payments.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Transport for cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reports in Excel and PDF formats.
- Conduct quality control and validate composition labels.
- Update manufacturer stock post-production.
- Optimize preferential origin processes.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in Business School or equivalent.
