Kenzo Production Manager – Industrialization & Quality, Paris. Lead quality and manufacturing teams ensuring product compliance and technical excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality team, tracking performance indicators and KPIs
- Organize standardization schedules and coordinate with all stakeholders
- Partner closely with the design studio, development team, workshops, and external bureaux to coordinate technical production documentation and guarantee industrial feasibility and design integrity
- Monitor the workload planning of technical design bureaux
- Ensure adherence to production schedules from standardization through final production in line with seasonal calendars
- Oversee TDS/PPS launch processes with the scheduling team to meet factory production approval deadlines
- Monitor production quality (in-line and upon reception) and propose improvements for factory optimization or post-production corrections
- Coordinate with external quality service providers (QIMA, INTERTEK, BERREY SERVICES, QUALITÉ ENTREPÔT) regarding non-conformities in finished products
- Manage invoicing, budget oversight, and cost control
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in production quality and industrialization
- Demonstrated expertise in denim, knitwear, jersey, and woven fabrics (men's and women's)
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Excel and prior experience with PLM systems (Centric preferred)
- Recognized for technical expertise, rigorous execution, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to manage urgent situations and propose strategic solutions
