Kenzo seeks an experienced Product Developer in Paris to lead collection development from sketch to production, managing PLM/ORLI systems and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee collection development from initial sketch through to commercial piece, liaising with Style and Merchandising departments on creative expectations, product details, target pricing, and timeline/cost alerts
- Coordinate sampling deliveries with internal workshops and external technical bureaus; organize and attend fittings sessions and communicate feedback to pattern makers and external partners
- Maintain collection tracking documentation and product information in PLM systems; establish and update nomenclatures through successive fitting cycles
- Monitor material calculations and procurement of supplies; manage availability verification and orders
- Launch embellishment trials (screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, special treatments); track artwork evolution and manage costing of various techniques through requests for quotations
- Oversee production batch launches and receipt monitoring in compliance with delivery deadlines; distribute technical specifications, patterns, and materials to manufacturing facilities
- Verify product compliance prior to showroom placement and communicate modifications to the commercial team
- Process and reconcile orders in ORLI and PLM systems; generate purchase orders and validate invoices
- Calculate industrial cost price considering manufacturer minimum order quantities
- Track modifications during the preparation phase for collections; conduct standardization fittings with the quality assurance department and validate nomenclatures for production release
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar product development or technical role within a fashion maison or luxury brand
- Advanced proficiency in ORLI and PLM systems
- Solid expertise in product knowledge, construction techniques, and pattern-making fundamentals
- Fluent English
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Minimum 3 years in product development or a comparable technical role within a fashion house or luxury goods company, demonstrating proficiency with complex product lifecycle management and cross-functional coordination.
