Materials Quality Assistant supporting Kenzo's Quality Materials department in Paris. The role involves coordinating quality activities in collaboration with the quality technician, managing product information aligned with regulatory requirements, and developing reporting tools. The incumbent will work with internal teams and external suppliers on quality exchanges, maintain PLM system data integrity, oversee product testing activities, and track quality alerts across regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in internal and external quality materials exchanges with suppliers, particularly on trading activities
- Update information between PLM systems and tracking dashboards, implementing necessary performance indicators
- Coordinate with local teams to collect required information and drive continuous improvement, managing associated quality testing activities (GB 18401, REACH, etc.)
- Monitor product data within PLM systems to ensure production of composition labels in coordination with industrialization and scheduling teams
- Manage quality requests from different regions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Centralize and structure quality alerts to support organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Interest in fashion and the textile sector
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency with IT tools, particularly Excel
- Proactive mindset with ability to deliver outcomes independently
- Final-year student or equivalent qualification
